Choose your category when buying; NACSHR confirms it. Transfers only to the same category (HR to HR).

No refund or transfer. No-shows count as used.
Special-priced tickets
Limited; non-refundable, can only be held or transferred.
Groups
Groups of 3+ get 20% off; generally not combined with the lowest special price.
Category check
If your role doesn't match the ticket, NACSHR adjusts it and requests the difference.
