The closing stop of the year — bringing together the year's key topics, speakers and peers from every city to get ready for the year ahead.
In 2027, NACSHR travels from Los Angeles to Silicon Valley and Seattle / Bellevue. AI, talent, compliance, benefits costs and globalization come up at every stop, with new answers emerging through the year. The Fall Forum is the final stop — the moment to gather the year's ideas, lessons and relationships.
The NACSHR 2027 Silicon Valley Chinese HR Fall Forum takes place on October 23, 2027 in Silicon Valley. Designed for North American Chinese HR professionals, business leaders, globally expanding companies, service providers and HR career explorers, it offers a full day on the year in review, organizations in the AI era, pay, benefits and budgets, the annual compliance update, and the cross-city community.
AI is moving from a supporting tool into recruiting, performance, learning, employee services, and organizational decisions — HR needs to rethink its role and value.
U.S. employment law, wage and hour rules, worker classification, leave, benefits costs, and multistate requirements keep changing — companies need systematic compliance capabilities.
More Chinese companies are moving from business expansion to organizational expansion — local hiring, management team building, culture integration, and HQ coordination are new challenges.
Chinese HR professionals are thinking about what's next — building influence, moving into management, expanding professional scope, and building a more trusted peer network.
The NACSHR SV Fall Forum is built around these real problems — not abstract trend talk, but the concrete decisions and actions HR and companies are facing in the North American market.
Frontline practitioners from companies, HR teams, and professional services share cases, approaches, and lessons learned — covering AI and HR, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, compliance, org development, cross-cultural management, localization, and Chinese career development.
The value of an in-person event isn't just the stage — it's the real conversations between people. Check-in mingling, talks, roundtables, coffee breaks, resource displays, and open networking give you the chance to meet peers, partners, managers, and service teams.
NACSHR isn't building a one-time contact list — it's building an ongoing, mutually supportive network of North American Chinese HR professionals. After the forum, you stay connected through NACSHR events, member exchanges, topic discussions, and industry content.
You might meet your next colleague, partner, client, advisor, candidate, or mentor here. We can't promise every meeting leads somewhere right away — but we believe many important opportunities begin with one real, professional, natural conversation.
The 2027 SV Fall Forum is designed with multiple formats so more attendees can truly participate, including but not limited to:

This is a planning framework; final topics, speakers and times are subject to the official announcement.
A structured networking session designed to help HR leaders and professionals build deeper peer connections — beyond exchanging business cards, toward understanding who you are, what you care about, and why the relationship is worth continuing.
Each participant gives a short introduction around three prompts:
“What I can offer” may include your capabilities, professional experience, or ways you can support other peers. At the end of each group discussion, the group selects one representative to share a standout insight, resource, or connection with the full room.

The enterprise services market is changing. Ad exposure, mass sales emails, and one-off sponsorships are becoming harder ways to build real trust. For firms serving Chinese HR professionals and companies expanding overseas, the core value of in-person exchange isn't a contact list — it's understanding company needs, demonstrating professional judgment, and building a partnership that can grow.
Attendees include company HR, managers, expansion leads, and decision-makers — far more focused than broad-reach marketing, and more conducive to deep, specific discussion.
Through case sharing, topic sessions, roundtables, or lightning showcases, service providers can show what problems they solve, who they're a fit for, and how they actually work.
NACSHR partnerships extend beyond a single event. The right partners can join topic content, interviews, member exchanges, and future events — building brand recognition in real professional contexts over time.
This isn't a trade show or a one-off sales event. For organizations focused on long-term market building, it's a gateway to understanding clients, building relationships, and entering the professional community.
This isn't buying a booth — it's establishing a lasting presence in a trusted professional network.
HR work involves organizations, people, interests, and judgment — real experience is hard to fully convey through articles or online content. In-person exchange helps you understand the conditions and logic behind decisions.
Chinese HR professionals tend to be capable and pragmatic, but often low-profile. NACSHR wants to help more of them step outside their own companies to meet peers, share experience, and build broader professional influence.
For companies entering North America, the real difficulty usually isn't knowing the problem — it's finding trustworthy, communicative, execution-capable partners. The forum helps companies efficiently connect with local HR talent and service resources.
October is the time to look back on the year and plan the next. We want this day to bring together the year's ideas, peers and opportunities — so you leave with a clear next step.
